Shiloh was an outlaw
And a killer as well
He left a trail of dead
And the sheriff said
He'd send Shiloh straight to hell.
He swore he'd follow Shiloh's trail
Until the day he fell.

Shiloh rode into a canyon
Right into a trap
The sheriff and his men
Started closing in
There was no way back
Someone fired a rifle
And started the attack.

Shiloh and the sheriff
Were the last two men alive
On the fighting went
'Till their bullets were all spent
Deep into the night
But there was no denying
Still one of them must die!

Creeping through the darkness
The sheriff took him by surprise
A knife sank through his chest
He drew in his last breath
And looked in the sheriff's eyes
A tear streamed down the sheriff's face
As he watched his brother die!
